We know we know its been a minute but Erik Binggeser is wrappin up the last bits of his Checkout part and its gonna be sick, in the meantime we got a Checkout part from Zak Newman. This is the skate part that came out of my documentary “Those Other Days” (if you wanna see it get at me: aaron@savannahskates.com). Zak is from Atlanta and if you’ve had a chance to chill or skate with him you’ll know that he’s just as laid back as his skating style. Zak rips, and I love the spots; It’s all very nostalgic for me. I wanted to hit the classic atl spots, like foundation, peachtree marta, bellsouth, and of course I had to start off with a killer dpark section…SAV spots as well….So, check out Zak Newman. For the most part. There was a lot of skipping in D park. The intro was kind of weird it went from him walking to fading into D park (two different songs). It seemed like it skipped over some of the video.

Where is that skatepark from the beginning of the video?
Was that all filmed in savannah?
It’s called Mccoy park, located in Decatur(right outside ATL). Mostly all in Atlanta… but some Sav(jersey barrier spot, grass gap near hypodermic..ect)
